He filmed himself moving past his car and toward a white sedan that appeared to be pressed against his bumper. The clip, posted on TikTok by a user going by blakkthegemini, shows him looking through the sedan’s open window.

Inside, a small child is seen sitting close to the wheel and crying. The man reaches toward the child, visibly startled. “Oh, s**t! Oh, s**t!” he says before trying to calm the child. “Hey, calm down, calm down, calm down.”
