On October 9, as the sun gently set over central Delhi, the city fell into an unusually quiet lull. It was the day before the protests demanding the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and a rollback of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
If it weren’t so dystopian, it might have been called calm.
