A popular Welsh burger restaurant has decided to celebrate St David's Day in a delicious (we think!) way, by creating a Welsh cake burger.
From Wednesday, March 1, to Friday, March 3, The Grazing Shed will be offering a limited-edition Welsh Cake Burger (worth £11.55) in Cardiff, for free - only for takeaway or delivery - via the Deliveroo app.
The burger was developed by The Grazing Shed's Huw Taylor, and will consist of a traditional Welsh cake 'bun', a beef patty, bacon, melted blue cheese, handmade cajun mayo, red onion confit and topped with fresh lettuce.

There will be 301 Deliveroo vouchers worth £12 released on St David's Day at 11am (until Friday, March 3) for burger lovers to get their hands on a freebie; they can order any burger from the menu which includes the Welsh cake burger.
Those living in Cardiff can claim this interesting-sounding burger for free from the Deliveroo app by using the code WELSHCAKE worth £12.00.
Deliveroo's Jason Morgan said: "We challenged one of Cardiff's most-loved Deliveroo restaurants, The Grazing Shed, to create a special limited-edition 'Welsh Cake' burger for locals to order direct to their doors on St David's Day.
"We know this is an unusual combination, but food discovery, innovation and creativity has always been at the heart of what we do at Deliveroo. So we are proud to partner with The Grazing Shed who have absolutely smashed this challenge, offering a unique dish that champions a much-loved traditional Welsh food with a modern-day twist to celebrate this important national day. Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus!”
The vouchers for this free burger deal - the number of vouchers, 301, available is a nod to the date on which St David's Day is celebrated (first day of the third month) - will be valid from 11am on Wednesday, March 1 to Friday, March 3 at 10.29pm. Use the code WELSHCAKE on the Deliveroo app to claim yours.
The Welsh cake burger is only available to customers through the Deliveroo app.
