NEW DELHI: The Australian media on Sunday blasted the Pat Cummins-led side after it suffered a humiliating innings and 132 runs defeat against India in the first of the four-match Test series in Nagpur. There were calls for changes ahead of the second Test too.
The world number one side were crushed inside three days on a bone-dry pitch on Saturday, outclassed by spin twins Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. Australia's second innings total of 91 was its lowest-ever in India.
