82-Year-Old Disabled Georgia Woman's Skin Fused with Mattress After Daughter Neglected Her: Sheriff

A Georgia woman is charged with neglecting her 84-year-old mother, whose severe condition shocked authorities during a welfare check.

On December 30, deputies from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Rollingwood Drive after concerns were raised about the elderly woman's well-being, WJBF reported.
