The summer transfer window is fast approaching and clubs up and down the country will be continuing their preparations for the 2022/23 season.
Having won promotion to the Premier League, Reds boss Steve Cooper will look to make improvements to the Nottingham Forest side he already has at the City Ground.
The Reds have talented players within their ranks - Joe Worrall and Brennan Johnson have been subject to intense transfer interest this season - but further additions will be needed in order to be competitive in the top-flight.

Additions are particularly needed in central midfield, up-front and at left-back, where the Reds are currently short of options.
"Now is the time to give Steve all the ammunition he needs, to be able to not only survive but bring some good results,” Reds owner Evangelos Marinakis told the Telegraph . "We have to invest more.
"Everybody talks about the television rights and money that comes in, but it is not enough for clubs in the first year. That’s why we must not be the poorer relatives of the Premier League. We need to buy some good players and some that will make the difference and have the experience who know the division."
However, Marinakis also warned about spending, adding. "We need to be careful how we spend and make the right choices."
It is good to see that Cooper will be backed financially heading into the summer transfer window, but Sporting Life have compiled a list of the 75 Premier League free agents that Forest might target as a low-cost option this summer...
