We’ve had our dog for about nine years now, and we’ve looked after him just about every day of his life. When something is hurting him or is bad for him, we want to know. Most dog owners are that way. Winter walks can be refreshing for your pup (and you), but they also pose some dangers. Road salt, which is just about everywhere right now, can cause painful chemical burns on your dog’s paws. And if your pup has black paw pads like ours, it could be hard to see, going unnoticed until your pup starts limping or licking excessively.
