A family in Russia was hit with tragedy when a 21-day-old newborn was thrown out of an apartment and fell 40 feet to the concrete road — where the child sadly died. And now new reports are coming in that it might have been her elder 5-year-old sister who threw her out in a fit of jealousy.
The Russian Investigative Committee has not confirmed the legitimacy of any speculation, but they have taken the opportunity to warn parents to ensure they stay vigilant with their kids.
