BHOPAL: For the fourth time in past six days, less than 100 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the state on Sunday as only 56 people tested positive for the infection.
Prior to this it was on March 8, when for the first time in the year less than 100 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the state as only 82 people tested positive.
As on Sunday, there were a total of 597 active cases in the state. As many as 137 people recovered on Sunday, taking the count of those who have recovered so far from Covid-19 to 10,29,362. No death was reported in the state on March 13.
New infections were reported from 23 of the 52 districts of the state. No district reported new cases in double figures in the entire state, in-fact it were only Bhopal and Jabalpur districts where more than five new cases were reported as seven people tested positive in each of these districts.
Positivity rate of 0.1 percent was reported in the state. A total of 32174 samples were tested in the state.
