
A new report from the National Audit Office (NAO) has revealed significant failings in the follow-up care provided to older adults diagnosed with frailty.
The findings indicate that frailty assessments for those over 65 remain below pre-pandemic levels, with general practitioners frequently falling short in delivering essential post-diagnosis support.
