"The 355" is the perfect example of why you should take what critics say with a grain of salt. This action thriller from Oscar-nominated director Simon Kinberg was a box office bomb back in 2022, making just $27.8 million on a $75 million budget. But now it seems to have finally found its audience on streaming. "The 355" wasted no time shooting to the top of the Netflix top 10 after arriving on August 21, and it's earned a seriously impressive 86% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes (compared to a 24% critics' score).
Netflix subscribers who have already watched it are no doubt looking for more high-octane movies where women kick ass and take names.
