The back half of the calendar year is well underway, with the prior half having pumped out a number of memorable sporting events — the Super Bowl, Men’s and Women’s March Madness, NBA Finals, Wimbledon, etc.
And while the talk around those sports has simmered as the seasons have changed, the sweet science that is professional boxing remains a topic of conversation.
Rumors of a Floyd Mayweather vs. Connor McGregor Pt. 2 are beginning to circulate. A Bud Crawford-Errol Spence Jr. fight feels inevitable at this point. And maybe, just maybe, Tyson Fury will come out of retirement to rekindle the magic in the heavyweight division.
