Sam’s Club is known for its value and selection, but it has its share of hits and misses. One way to find out which products are reliable is by looking at the customer complaints, especially items with very few one-star ratings.
Here are five Sam’s Club products that have minimal customer complaints.

1. Member’s Mark Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken
- Price: $4.98
Member’s Mark rotisserie chicken has a cult following. With over 50,000 five-star ratings, it’s clear why. Shoppers rave about its price, size, quality and taste. Only 3% percent of the overall ratings are one-star, and that’s largely due to the chicken being undercooked at some locations.

2. King’s Hawaiian Original Dinner Rolls
- Price: $6.68
Sam Club’s sells King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls in a two-pack, which equals 32 rolls. Although they’re called dinner rolls, the soft, slightly sweet rolls have another popular purpose — buns for sliders. The rolls have nearly 11,000 total ratings, with 90% five-star and only 1% one-star. The majority of one-star ratings were about the rolls spoiling quickly.

3. Member’s Mark Ultra-Soft Tissues
- Price: $13.98
Member’s Mark ultra-soft tissues have over 13,000 five-star ratings out of just over 15,000. Many shoppers claim they are just as good as the leading name-brand tissue. One-star reviews make up just 1% of the ratings and are mostly focused on how difficult it is to pull the tissues from the box.

4. Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash
- Price: $18.98
This twin-pack of Aveeno daily moisturizing body wash has over 30,000 reviews with 78% being perfect five-star ratings. Shoppers like the body wash because it’s designed for sensitive skin, leaving it soft and moisturized. One-star ratings are low at about 1%, and they’re mostly focused on the off-putting scent of the product.

5. Member’s Mark Ultra Dinner Paper Plates
- Price: $18.98
\These Member’s Mark paper plates have nearly 40,000 reviews, and 90% are five-star ratings. Shoppers like the size and sturdiness of the plates because they can hold plenty of food and won’t buckle. Although the one-star reviews are only about 1% of total reviews, many of those shoppers complained the quality of the plates has gone downhill.
