'We're seeing a real shift towards designing bedrooms that support wellbeing rather than simply looking beautiful,' explains Alisdair Gray, director of interior design studio Cousins & Cousins. 'Many of the trends that have become popular in recent years can absolutely work, but it's all about balance.'
