The 49ers may have to face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4 without wide receiver Deebo Samuel. He is officially listed as questionable with rib and knee injuries that he sustained in Week 3 against the Giants.
Samuel was a non-participant Wednesday and Thursday, but returned to action Friday to give himself a chance to play Sunday.

A surprise addition to the injury report was running back Elijah Mitchell who is questionable with a knee injury. He wasn’t on the participation report the first two days.
Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk is good to go after a shoulder injury suffered in Week 2 kept him out of last week’s game. Cornerback Ambry Thomas was also not listed. Thomas missed Week 3 with a knee injury, but will return Sunday vs. Arizona.
Linebacker Dre Greenlaw, who was out of practice Wednesday with an ankle injury, was listed as questionable. LB Demetrius-Flannigan Fowles is also questionable with an ankle issue.
