The standings did not change in the NFC West in Week 6 but things certainly happened. The San Francisco 49ers are no longer undefeated and everyone except the Los Angeles Rams lost their games in Week 6.
These are the division standings entering Week 7.
- San Francisco 49ers, 5-1 (2-0 division)
- Seattle Seahawks, 3-2 (0-1 division)
- Los Angeles Rams, 3-3 (2-1 division)
- Arizona Cardinals, 1-5 (0-2 division)

San Francisco 49ers
Running back Christian McCaffrey and receiver Deebo Samuel both got hurt and quarterback Brock Purdy had his worst game as a pro, passing for only 125 yards on less than 50% passing.
However, he got the 49ers in position for a game-winning field goal against the Cleveland Browns but rookie Jake Moody missed the 41-yarder, his second miss of the game.
The Browns gave the Niners their first loss of the season with a 19-17 win. The Niners were held to only 215 total yards.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks held the Bengals to 214 yards but Joe Burrow threw two touchdown passes and Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith was picked off twice in a 17-13 loss to Cincy, who evened their record at 3-3.
Los Angeles Rams
The Rams trailed the Cardinals 9-6 at halftime but then rode Kyren Williams to a 26-9 win, outscoring Arizona 20-0 in the second half.
After they had five rushing yards on three attempts, Williams had more than 150 yards in the second half and a touchdown, while Cooper Kupp caught seven passes for 148 yards and his first touchdown of the season.
The Rams’ defense forced two turnovers.
Arizona Cardinals
It was the same story as the whole season. They started well and then fell apart in the second half. Josh Dobbs turned the ball over twice, giving him five in the last two games, and missed open receivers.
The defense was helpless to stop the Rams’ rushing attack in the second half, falling to 1-5 with a 26-9 loss.
Coming up in Week 7
- The 49ers play on Monday night, taking on the 2-4 Vikings on the road.
- The Seahawks host the Cardinals.
- The Rams face the Steelers at home.
