Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers handled the New York Giants, 30-12, Thursday night at Levi’s Stadium.
The victory moved the NFC West team to 3-0 — the Niners have won 13 in a row overall in the regular season — and boosted their second-year QB’s overall mark as a starter to 8-0.
While Purdy wasn’t exceptionally sharp, especially in the first half, he threw for 310 yards on 25 completions, two going for touchdowns.
Brock Purdy is the 3rd-youngest player in NFL history to throw for 700 pass yards, 4 Pass TD and have 0 INT through 3 games of a season.
