With injuries piling up, including multiple All-Pros like Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel and George Kittle sidelined, the injury bug struck again on Sunday in Los Angeles.
During the second quarter of their Week 3 contest against the Los Angeles Rams, San Fransisco 49ers star left tackle Trent Williams exited the game. Williams appeared to get up slow with late in the second quarter. With only a minute left in the first half, Williams exited the game and into the locker room early at SoFi Stadium.
According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Williams left the game with cramps. Williams had to exit the game in Week 1 against the New York Jets to receive an IV. With Williams out, Jaylon Moore will slide in at offensive tackle.
