San Francisco 49ers first-round pick WR Ricky Pearsall is in stable condition after being shot in the chest during a robbery attempt on Saturday.
According to reports, Pearsall had been at an autograph event at the famed Cow Palace and was going to a Union Station when a 17-year-old allegedly tried to rob him of his Rolex.

The Mayor of San Francisco confirmed the shooting.
This afternoon, there was an attempted robbery in Union Square involving San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall and he was shot.
SFPD was on scene immediately and an arrest of the shooter was made.
