45% of PWD stretches need immediate fixes: Maharashtra minister Ravindra Chavan

PUNE: The PWD minister, Ravindra Chavan, told TOI that 45% of the roads under his department needed urgent repairs.

"After a revenue division-wise assessment, we feel that 45% of the roads are in bad condition. Our efforts are aimed at making the roads pothole-free," he said.
