403(b) Contribution Limits for 2026

403(b) contribution limits will exceed 2025 limits by a welcome $1,000. That's helpful (and a big boost) for certain employees of schools and other tax-exempt organizations who can participate in a 403(b) retirement plan, including teachers, professors, school administrators and hospital workers.
