The full list of people who WON’T get the £400 energy bill discount automatically has been revealed and it includes thousands of renters. If you don't pay directly to your energy bill, then you won't receive the discount, the government have confirmed.
Renters who pay "all-in" won't qualify for the rebate, which means if your bills are all-inclusive you aren't entitled to the monetary bonus. Park Home [mobile home] tenants are also exempt, Birmingham Live reports.
A pitch fee is what you pay to the site owner by a park homeowner for the use of the site and it lets you use the facilities. Your site manager could lower what you pay that month and pass the discount onto renters, according to the government.

Culture minister Chris Philp has said he will be giving his £400 energy bill rebate to a charity. Asked by LBC's Nick Ferrari if he is going to follow Chancellor Rishi Sunak's lead, Mr Philp said: "I hadn't thought about that until you asked, Nick, but I think that's a good idea. Yes, I'm going to give it to a local charity in Croydon."
