Authorities in Santa Monica, California, responded swiftly to reports of a 4-year-old girl allegedly being kidnapped from a local Panda Express restaurant. The incident occurred when a grandmother dining with her granddaughter made a frantic call to the police at 12:11 p.m. local time.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene within minutes and initiated a search for the missing child. Video footage was quickly obtained, identifying a heavyset white female in her 30s as the suspect. Over 30 officers were deployed to locate the individual.
