They secured a 5-0 win over Ipswich Town in a behind-closed-doors game before beating Nurnberg 5-3 and Everton 2-0. The comfortable victory over the Toffees was arguably the most impressive performance, as Mikel Arteta's side swept aside their domestic counterparts.
Gabriel Jesus has scored three times in his first two matches and he looks like a promising addition as the Gunners try and improve on last season's fifth-place finish. Matt Turner started the win over the Toffees, while Marquinhos came off the bench against 2. Bundesliga side Nurnberg.
