Michigan State football TE coach Brian Wozniak has dipped into California for the latest offer in the 2026 recruiting class. The Spartans have extended an offer to Israel Briggs, a Visalla, California native attending Mt. Whitney High School.
Briggs is currently rated as a 4-star prospect as the No. 221 overall player and No. 12 tight end in the 247Sports rankings. He is a 6-foot-5, 200 pound tight end.
