Cartwright ranks as the No. 52 overall prospect in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2027 class. He also ranks as the No. 10 athlete and No. 3 player from Michigan in the state.
Cartwright holds offers from more than 15 schools, according to 247Sports. Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, Kentucky, Illinois, Ole Miss, Purdue, Tennessee, Rutgers, Kansas and Maryland are a few of the notable programs to offer him a scholarship.
Cartwright confirmed with myself and @TheSpartanMag last night he’ll be at the Spartans’ opener against FAU next Friday night.
