3rd Test: Ashwin joins proceedings in post-tea session on fourth day

NEW DELHI: Premier India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin on Sunday returned to play in the post-tea session on the fourth day of the third Test against England following his departure to Chennai to attend to his ailing mother.

Despite reaching the milestone of 500 Test wickets on the second day of the match, Ashwin had to leave for Chennai soon after.
