360-degree A Series Loudspeaker Design Powers 8,000-seat Arena Worship Space

Fuente de Vida—“Fountain of Life”—a church in Tampico, Mexico, recently benefitted from an L-Acoustics A10i professional audio system upgrade to provide proper sound coverage and poor intelligibility. Established by Dr. Herón Mendoza and Pastor Lorely Medellín in 1988, the house of worship has become one of the state's most-known evangelical churches.

In 2011, its congregation moved into a newly constructed worship space built on the former site of the coastal city’s Gaona bullring, but the domed arena suffered from lack of proper sound coverage and poor intelligibility. A dozen years later that has finally been rectified with the installation of a new L-Acoustics A Series system designed by Juárez-based IM Systems working in tandem with Mexico City-based L-Acoustics Certified Provider Vari International.
