349-bed Edinburgh hotel with training school and offices to be built in West End

Edinburgh West End Hyatt Hyatt Centric

A new 349-bed hotel is set to be constructed as part of the Haymarket Edinburgh development and will open in 2025.

The capital will be home to Scotland’s first ever Hyatt Centric Hotel and will be situated within the major new development at the West End of the city centre.

Edinburgh City Council agreed to a 25-year lease with M&G Real Estate and developer Qmile Group of the Hyatt Centric property.
