The actions of a “reckless and dangerous” protester who ran on to the Epsom track after the Betfred Derby had started have been slammed by British Horseracing Authority chief executive Julie Harrington.
The protester ran onto the home straight shortly after the famous race had began before being chased by security staff.
Moments later, a woman tried to follow suit but was stopped by police.
