Paramount+ is the perfect streaming service for building your next movie marathon. It adds dozens of movies every month. Most of these new additions come on the first of the month, which was only a few days ago. But even after the beginning of the month, it still adds new theatrical movies and older classics every week.
With so many new movies just added, it can be tough to decide where you should start. I've looked through the full list of everything new to Paramount+ in March, though, and found the three movies you need to watch first this weekend. There is a 2025 supernatural Western thriller that you won't want to miss, as well as a pair of movies with Oscar-nominated performances that are a must-watch.
So, let's dive into it. Here are the three new to Paramount+ movies that you need to be streaming this weekend.
'"The Pink Pill: Sex, Drugs & Who Has Control' (2026)
Genre: Documentary
What's it about? "The Pink Pill: Sex, Drugs and Who Has Control" centers around the drug Addyi, dubbed by the media as “female Viagra." The documentary follows the efforts to bring the drug to market for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD).
Why you should watch it: This documentary doesn't just center on Addyi. It also highlights Cindy Eckert, an entrepreneur and women’s health advocate, instrumental in making Addyi available to pre and postmenopausal women. If you want to learn about something you might not be familiar with, chances are this documentary has you covered.

'Blood Diamond' (2006)
Genre: Political war thriller
What's it about? "Blood Diamond" is set during the Sierra Leone Civil War, and stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Rhodesian gunrunner Danny Archer. In prison, he hears of an enormous pink diamond buried by a river, so he gets himself and the miner who buried it, Solomon Vandy (Djimon Hounsou), out of prison and agrees to reunite him with his family. But it's not out of the goodness of Danny's heart; he wants the diamond in return.
Why you should watch it: There are basically two reasons to see this movie: DiCaprio and Hounsou. Both earned Oscar nominations for their performances, cementing the latter as a Hollywood fixture. It's one of my favorite DiCaprio performances and might be the best of Hounsou's now-storied career.

'Nocturnal Animals' (2016)
Genre: Neo-noir psychological thriller
What's it about? When Susan (Amy Adams) receives a novel, "Nocturnal Animals," from her estranged husband, Edward (Jake Gyllenhaal), it takes her down a dark and twisted tale. The novel is centered around Tony (also Gyllenhaal), a normal family man who loses his wife and daughter in a tragic kidnapping. He teams up with Det. Robert Andes (Michael Shannon) to bring the kidnappers to justice, but will Susan and Edward reconcile once she puts down the story?
Why you should watch it: This movie could easily stumble as it transitions from the real world to the novel and then back to the real world. But it doesn't. Instead, this Tom Ford movie (yes, that Tom Ford) is riveting, and you won't be able to look away. The cast in this movie is incredible, particularly Shannon's performance as the West Texas detective, Robert.
