3 first-half positives for Cardinals vs. Ravens

The Arizona Cardinals trailed the Baltimore Ravens 14-7 at halftime. They scored first, played well defensively but then a late turnover led to the Ravens’ second touchdown.

There were some positives for Arizona in the first half.

After rushing for 58 yards in his first NFL start in Week 7, Demercado was patient and efficient in the first half.

He finished the half with 60 yards on 14 carries.

The Cardinals were credited with five passes defensed in the first half. They had four combined in their previous four games.

Through their first three games, they had 23.

Jackson did not hurt the Cardinals with his legs. He was sacked once and had two rushing yards on two attempts.

He did have 118 passing yards and a touchdown on 12-of-18 passing.
