MIAMI — Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission are searching waters off the Florida Keys for a man who fell off a sailboat Saturday night.
The Coast Guard said the sailboat was west of Wisteria Island, and Jayson Harbison, 50, was wearing black pants and a gray and white hoodie. A database said Harbison lives in Monticello, Kentucky, after some time in Alabama, Jacksonville and Yulee.
