3,000 dengue cases in West Bengal in last 1 week

KOLKATA: The health department is worried with the increasing cases of dengue across the state. The department has issued an advisory on dengue management.

Last week chief secretary H K Dwivedi had held a meeting with the DMs, health officials and other senior officials to control the disease.

According to health officials, over 3,000 dengue cases were reported in the past week across the state and the report was sent to Nabanna as well. The report mentioned the prevalence of the disease in 12 civic bodies including KMC and HMC.
