2nd Test: West Indies batters fight back after Virat Kohli century in India's 438

NEW DELHI: The West Indian batters put on a much-improved and spirited performance after a couple of horrendous outings in the series opener as the hosts reached 86 for one at stumps on the second day of the second Test in Port of Spain.

After India finished at 438 riding on Virat Kohli's 29th Test century, openers Kraigg Brathwaite and Tagenarine Chanderpaul put up superb fight, adding 71 runs for the opening wicket as India bowlers found it a tough grind in the final session of the day.
