250 new homes are set to be built in West Ardsley in Leeds.
Located near Haigh Moor Road and close to Wakefield as well as Leeds city centre, Woodland Vale brings the “best of both worlds”, according to Redrow Yorkshire’s sales director Steve Jackson. The 64-acre development will include houses with two to five-bedrooms, alongside 43 affordable properties to meet the community’s needs.
Redrow will be contributing towards improvements to highways at the nearby M62 junction as well as providing money towards a residential travel plan fund, both via its section 106 contributions, agreed as part of the planning process. Steve said: "This development brings almost 300 much-needed homes to the area and even at this early stage it is proving to be a very popular choice amongst homebuyers."

He added: "What also makes this development incredibly desirable is that its focal point will be the retained Haigh Wood, which will run through its centre. As well as multiple green areas and playgrounds, where residents can enjoy spending time outdoors"
