Seahawks fans had to wait a while to see their top draft pick in action this year. It seems that it was well worth the wait, though. Devon Witherspoon missed much of the offseason program as well as the entire preseason due to a lingering hamstring injury from his time at Illinois. However, Witherspoon made his debut in Week 2 against Detroit and so far everything we have seen indicates he has legitimate top-five pick kind of talent. Also, everyone who has watched Witherspoon play so far seems to have come away impressed.
