The PGA Tour visited Los Cabos, Mexico, this week for the sixth of eight FedEx Cup Fall events: the Worldwide Technology Championship. It offered a $7.2 million purse, with $1.296 million to the winner.

Austin Eckroat is taking home the big check, winning for the second time in 2024 on Tour. He grabbed his first career win in March at the Cognizant Classic. Sunday at the Tiger Woods-designed El Cardonal, he shot a final-round 63 to come from off the pace and win. With the win he earned two more years of exempt status on the PGA Tour and punches his ticket for next year's Masters.
