The final official PGA Tour event of 2023 is here as a number of players looking to make a last-second FedEx Cup standings push are in St. Simons Island, Georgia, for the 2023 RSM Classic at Sea Island Golf Club’s Seaside Course.
Adam Svensson, who’s made four of four cuts during the FedEx Cup Fall, returns to the site of his lone PGA Tour win as the defending champion. The Canadian sits at +3500 (35/1) to repeat.
Other players in the field include European Ryder Cupper Ludvig Aberg, Russell Henley, Brian Harman, Corey Conners, and Cameron Young.
Aberg — the betting favorite at +1400 (14/1) — has tied for second (lost in a playoff), 13th and 10th in three starts this fall.

J.T. Poston (30/1)
Poston has made just one start during the FedEx Cup Fall, tying for third at the Shriners Children’s Open in October.
In his last four starts at the RSM Classic, the two-time Tour winner has finished T-21 or better twice (T-21 in 2022, T-14 in 2019).
Plus, he’s a local, residing in Sea Island, Georgia.
Justin Suh (35/1)
Suh played well in Japan last month, tying for 10th at the Zozo Championship before a solo fourth effort at the World Wide Technology Championship south of the border.
The 26-year-old made the cut at the RSM Classic last year and is in good form to capture his first Tour win.
Alex Noren (40/1)
Noren led after the first three rounds in Bermuda last week before falling to eventually winner Camilo Villegas by two shots. While the Swede is still looking for his first win on Tour, he arrives at a golf course where he’s had success in recent seasons.
Before missing the cut at the RSM Classic in 2021, Noren tied for 18th in 2020 and for 10th in 2019.
Plus, on top of his runner-up finish last week, Noren tied for third at the Shriners Children’s Open a month ago. He’s trending and has good course history in St. Simons Island, a recipe for success in 2023.
Keith Mitchell (55/1)
For the St. Simons resident, what better place to get your first Tour win since 2019?
Since missing the cut at the Sanderson Farms Championship, Mitchell has tied for 21st (Zozo) and 38th (World Wide Technology Championship). However, he did end his week in Mexico on a high note with an 8-under bogey-free 64.
In his last four starts at Sea Island, Mitchell has two top-15 finishes (T-12 in 2021, T-14 in 2019).
