2023 Chinese horoscope shows what Year of the Rabbit has in store based on animal signs

The Chinese New Year falls on Sunday, January 22 and this year is the Year of the Rabbit.

The Chinese zodiac is slightly different to the traditional one, with everyone being assigned an animal depending on the year that they were born. The 12 animal each has a different set of characteristics, and they rotate every year. They are the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.

This new year marks the year of the Tiger ending, and the year of the Rabbit beginning. This is said to be a lucky year overall for all 12 of the zodiac animal signs, but some will face more ups and downs than others.
