Properties in Warrington had an overall average price of £260,436 over the last year, according to Rightmove’s sales information. Most of the sales in the region during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £255,399.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £182,973 while detached properties fetched £430,172. Overall, sold prices in Warrington over the last year were similar to the previous year and 13% up on the 2019 peak of £229,947.
Images of the home show that the cottage is split across two levels but it also benefits from a detached garage. Throughout the home boasts wooden beams and plenty of countryside characterises including a cosy log fire and solid oak floor.
Despite keeping many of its period details, the home include modern features, such as an integrated kitchen, utility room and plenty of storage. To the first floor are all four bedrooms, two of which are large double rooms.
The home itself sits on a large plot that also has a double garage and two driveways. One of the driveways is big enough to park a motorhome or boat.
