GURUGRAM: Two hours of rain was enough to expose the poor monsoon preparedness by civic bodies as parts of the city once again went under water, grinding traffic to a halt and forcing pedestrians to walk on flooded roads slathered with muck.
Arterial routes on the Delhi-Gurugram expressway were no exception. For other areas such as IFFCO Chowk, Narsinghpur, Signature Towers, Udyog Vihar, Sheetla Mata Road, Bajghera, Basai, and sectors 4, 10, 39, 43, 46, 47 and 52 were submerged like they are every year during monsoon.
