NEW DELHI: Indian rowers exhibited incredible strength and teamwork, securing a remarkable second-place finish with a timing of 05:43.01 in the Men's Coxed Eight final event at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou on Sunday.
The Men's Coxed Eight Team's outstanding performance marked their third rowing medal at the Hangzhou Games. This is India’s second medal in the Coxed Eight event after the 2014 edition. Despite being in the third position midway through the race, a superb effort in the second half propelled them to the silver medal.
