KOLHAPUR: As many as 19 cases of Covid-19 were reported on Friday across Kolhapur district along with no death.
The number of active cases across the district has further dropped to 313, out of which 31 are admitted to hospitals. The Kolhapur city reported 7 cases. The number of active cases under home quarantine in Kolhapur city stands at 143.
Satara district reports 41 new infections
Satara district reported 41 Covid cases out of the 1,632 swab samples tested. One death due to the contagion was also reported on Friday. The positivity rate of Satara district is at 2.51%. The number of critical patients are four and those under hospitalisation is 79.
Meanwhile, Sangli district reported a total of 22 new cases of Covid-19, while two patient succumbed to the infection. The number of active cases in Sangli district has reached to 319, out of which 41 are critical.
