Some of Merseyside's most popular parks and gardens have been nominated for the title of the UK's favourite park.
The award was created by Fields In Trust in 2015 and is aiming to celebrate the green spaces that have provided so many of us with joy during the pandemic. 18 Merseyside parks have been nominated for the title, which will be decided by a public vote.
The nominees were also selected by the public, with any publicly accessible local green space eligible to be nominated. You can cast your vote online via the Fields In Trust website.
