The father of a 16-year-old boy who died of his injuries after reports of a disturbance at a beach in Ayrshire has said his son was “my everything”.

Police Scotland said on Sunday that a 17-year-old boy had been arrested after Kayden Moy, from East Kilbride, was fatally injured on Irvine beach on Saturday evening.
