A councillor says £15m is not a "magic bullet" to fix Nottinghamshire's roads, but it will go "a long way" to improving the situation.
On June 15 last year the county council's transport and environment committee began a cross-party highways review, as promised by the leader, Mansfield MP Ben Bradley, in the last election manifesto.
The funding was agreed at the council’s finance and major projects committee on Monday, February 7, but is subject to Full Council approval when the council sets its budget on February 24.
