More than 150 jobs are being created at a huge new spa and Turkish bath in Birmingham.
Skin and hair specialist Este Medical Group is opening the facility at the former Eaton Hotel site, Hagley Road, in December.
The new site in Edgbaston - which will boast 30 clinic rooms and 30 spa rooms - is expected to be one of the biggest in the UK.
It will employ 150 staff and provide guests with a luxury health and wellbeing experience as well as a Turkish hammam steam bath.
Chief executive Sam Cinkir said: "It has been a dream of mine to bring a state-of-the-art spa and hammam to Birmingham for some time and I'm delighted the dream is so close to being realised.
"Birmingham is a city that I hold close to my heart as it is where Este Medical Group was born in 2015 and now we have 11 further clinics across the UK and beyond.
"We have huge plans for the site and I am incredibly excited to see the progress we have already made.
"Bringing the UK's largest spa and hammam to Birmingham will be a very proud moment for me and my family and I can't wait to welcome our guests inside."
Mr Cinkir opened the first Este Medical Group clinic in Portland Road, Birmingham, in 2015 to meet a growing demand for aesthetic treatments at a lower price point.
Further clinics in Sutton Coldfield, Manchester, Leeds and London followed and today the company has seven sites in the UK, as well as locations in Milan, Bucharest, Istanbul and Bangladesh.
Este Medical Group has become a firm favourite with celebrities such as boxer Amir Khan, Love Island's Anna Vakili and model Rhian Sugden and treats 2,000 patients in the UK each day.
