15 standout Census 2022 time capsule examples shared on social media from the inspiring to the hilarious

The ‘time capsule’ was a new addition to this year’s census form, which consisted of a blank space where people could write any message they wanted.

The message will then be stored for 100 years before it will then be released to the public, leaving some interesting reading for our great-grandchildren.

Some people were eager to share their contribution to the time capsule on social media and their entries ranged from inspiring tributes to children who had passed away and one mother’s heartfelt entry about life as full-time carer - with many lighthearted jokes in-between.
