15 hurt as MSRTC bus slides down the hill in Palghar

MUMBAI: A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus heading from Bhusawal in Jalgaon district to Boisar plunged around 25 feet downhill at the Waghoba ghat in Palghar on Friday morning.

The driver and 14 passengers were injured. Five of them suffered grievous injuries.

The ‘Raatrani’ bus reached the ghat at around 6.30 am after a 10-hour journey.
